In Slovenia, a doctoral dissertation on the topic "Building blocks of autopoiesis in organization 4.0" was published, which deals with the organizational abilities of living beings, and the references mention Veljko Milković and, especially, his book Energy turning point or apocalypse. In this paper, the author Tanja Balažic Paček equates the genius of Galileo with Veljko Milković and his explanation of oscillations.

The well-known Serbian historian Bojan Dimitrijević has published his latest book: The Legacy of Atlantis, published by the publishing house Čigoja. In this book, Veljko Milković and his hypothesis about the Pannonian Atlantis are mentioned among the numerous hypotheses regarding the location of the mythical Atlantis.

Veljko Milković claims that the legendary Atlantis was discovered in the area of the Pannonian Basin and that he has solid evidence for this. For this reason, he offers a reward of 100,000 dinars to the one who manages to disprove his thesis. The publishing house VEMIRC is preparing a new book - a collection of works published by historians from the Balkans, which further confirms this theory. This article is the first in a series of articles that will present evidence justifying the discovery of Atlantis.
