Inertia

Inertia is one of the basic properties of all bodies in space that have mass, i.e. mass is a measure of the inertia of physical bodies. This property manifests itself as the body’s resistance to changing its state of motion, which is described by Newton’s First Law (the law of inertia).

NEW SCIENTIFIC PAPER: Inertial propulsion devices: A review

Professor Christopher Provalidis from the National Technical University of Athens published a scientific paper on the topic of inertial propulsion drives. This paper also mentiones the cart with a pendulum, a vehicle with an inertial drive patented by Veljko Milkovic.
