Nov naučni rad: Energetska prekretnica – Prirodne oscilacije umesto veštačkih – manje efikasnih rotacija

Akademik Veljko Milković je poznat i kao jedan od najvećh poznavalaca Petrovaradinske tvrđave, markantnog istorijskog spomenika na obalama Dunava u Novom Sadu. Radio televizija Srbije je u emisiji ˝Mesto koje čuvam˝ ugostila akademika Milkovića i uradila prilog o njegovim istraživanjima Petrovaradinske tvrđave.

U emisiji akademik Milković govori o svojim istraživanjima podzemlja Petrovaradinske tvrđave, o svojim otkrićima, ali i o idejnim projektima kojima namerava da doprinese da se bolje iskoriste potencijali koje tvrđava ima, a sve u cilju oživljavanja kulturnog turizma ne samo Novog Sada i Vojvodine, već i čitave Srbije.

Veljko Milković je do sada napisao nekoliko feljtona na temu Petrovaradinske tvrđave, kao i 4 knjige: Petrovaradin kroz legendu i stvarnost (2001), Petrovaradin i Srem - Misterija prošlosti (2003), Petrovaradinska tvrđava - Podzemlje i nadzemlje (2005) i Petrovaradinska tvrđava - Kosmički lavirint otkrića (2007),
