Akademik Veljko Milković je objavio novu prijavu patenta zasnovanog na tehnologiji dvostepenog mehaničkog oscilatora. Najnoviji patent nosi naziv Čekić pogonjen dvostepenim oscilatorom i prijavu ovog patenta je objavio Zavod za intelektualnu svojinu (ZIS) u Glasniku intelektualne svojine objavljenom marta 2023. godine.

Milkovićev najnoviji patent se odnosi na dalji razvoj primene unapređene verzije dvostepenog mehaničkog oscilatora sa elastičnim klatnom. Ovaj koncept je prvi put predstavljen 2021 godine. Osnovna razlika između prvobitne i unapređene verzije oscilatora je elastično klatno i nosač poluge koji omogućavaju veću efikasnost oscilacija. Sam patent se odnosi na primenu koja je već predstavljena sa osnovnom verzijom oscilatora, s tim što u novoj verziji ima unapređenje u pogledu nosača poluge i elastičnog klatna.
